Les missions

  • Procurement Data Analysis & Reporting:
    • Collect, analyze, and interpret procurement data from various sources.
    • Develop and maintain reports on key metrics such as spend analysis, savings, and vendor performance.
    • Identify opportunities for cost reduction and process improvements through data insights.
    • Prepare presentations to effectively communicate project updates and findings.
  • Sourcing Support and Procurement Operations:
    • Assist in the sourcing process, including market research, supplier identification, and RFI/RFP development.
    • Maintain accurate supplier databases and procurement documentation.
  • Project Support - OSS/Ivalua (Procure-to-Pay) system:
    • Engage directly with Tier 1 suppliers via phone and email to explain the OSS/Ivalua project and guide them through onboarding.
    • Ensure data accuracy for supplier information before handing it over to the Procurement team.
    • Provide support for catalogue uploads and assist with tracking and reporting progress for the project.

Profil

Education & Experience: Currently enrolled in a 3rd or 4th-year undergraduate or graduate program, preferably in a business-related or Supply Chain major. Skills & Competencies: Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Meticulous attention to detail and the ability to work independently A proactive attitude towards problem-solving. Capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently. Excellent proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint. A genuine interest in the Retail Luxury industry. Language & Authorization: Fluent in English; Cantonese or Mandarin is a plus. Authorized to work in Hong Kong without VISA sponsorship.
