Description
PRIMARY OBJECTIVE
This position will partner closely with our retail team to drive the development of our Les Extraordinaires(High-End) business. As a trusted partner, you will analyze existing business potential and identify opportunities for further growth, contributing to the strategic execution and operational success of our Les Extraordinaires segment.
Les missions
JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Analyze Les Extraordinaires(High-End) business performance (sales trends, client behavior, market opportunities) to inform strategic decision-making and identify growth drivers.
- Lead the analysis of each store's unique client base to identify high-potential Les Extraordinaires clients and develop strategic growth plans in partnership with retail teams.
- Lead Les Extraordinaires events conducted domestically and internationally through collaborative efforts to achieve targets.
- Collaborate and coordinate across all relevant departments (360-degree approach), including Retail teams, Client Relations, Marketing, and Merchandising, to achieve Les Extraordinaires(High-End) sales targets.
- Prepare comprehensive business reports and presentations that articulate strategies, progress, and recommendations for Les Extraordinaires(High-End) development.
- Share best practices, resources, and inspirational stories amongst stores to create excitement and raise awareness on Les Extraordinaires(High-End) products and services.
