Description
Job Purpose
Drive luxury retail omnichannel business rollout and growth. Link business needs with product development, optimize strategies with data and WeChat/WeCom expertise, and coordinate resources to deliver business results.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect and validate real business needs from store teams.
- Design omnichannel products adapted to WeChat/WeCom ecosystem.
- Lead end-to-end product development and delivery.
- Track product performance and drive iteration based on feedback.
- Analyze business performance and implement improvement plans.
- Build data framework, define KPIs and turn insights into actions.
- Coordinate cross-team and external partners for smooth execution.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree; retail/e-commerce/marketing preferred.
- Fluent English & Mandarin.
- 2-3 years luxury/international retail experience.
- Experience in omnichannel rollout or product development.
- Hands-on WeChat & WeCom product operation knowledge.
- Proficient in SQL, Excel, Tableau/Power BI.
- Strong coordination, problem-solving and execution.
- Proactive, results-oriented and quick learner.
