PART-TIME CLIENT ADVISOR (3 DAYS INCL. WEEKEND) AMSTERDAM

Description

In the role of Client Advisor at our Amsterdam de Bijenkorf store, you will be an ambassador of the Brand, ensuring that every Client is treated according to the Louis Vuitton promise. You will strive to discover your Clients and their every need, and to guide them across the Brand.

Les missions

• Animate the fragrance table (and waiting time in store) by welcoming clients and guiding them through interactive scent discovery sessions
• Fragrance refills
• Fragrance engravings
• Ensure fragrance table meets VM and cleanliness standards during the day

Profil

Availability to work on Saturdays and Sundays (additionally Fridays) Have a genuine interest in discovering clients and enjoys story telling Strong interpersonal skills with a high degree of emotional intelligence Ability to convert conversations into sales Proficiency in Dutch and English Previous experience in retail sales, beauty, or hospitality - however, mindset and attitude are more important as training will be provided on Louis Vuitton fragrances. Familiarity with top designer and niche fragrance brands, ingredients, and trends will be a definite plus.
