Description
Manager - Mens, Watches PR
We are seeking an experienced and strategic PR Manager to lead communications for the Men’s Fashion and Watches categories. This role will be responsible for driving integrated PR strategies, strengthening media presence, and ensuring consistent brand storytelling aligned with the Maison’s global vision and local market dynamics.
Les missions
1. PR Strategy & Communications
- Develop and execute integrated PR strategies for Men’s Fashion and Watches, aligned with global guidelines and local market needs
- Drive consistent and compelling brand storytelling that reflects the Maison’s heritage, creativity, and innovation
- Plan and implement targeted media engagement strategies, including pitch development
- Collaborate with internal teams, HQ, and PR agencies to ensure alignment
- Monitor industry trends and the competitive landscape to inform strategy
2. Media Relations & Influence
- Develop and manage annual and monthly editorial PR plans and budgets
- Secure high-impact media coverage across print, digital, and social platforms
- Create and oversee press materials, media kits, and storytelling assets
- Drive product placements and support celebrity and KOL engagements
- Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, including journalists, editors, influencers, stylists, and celebrities
3. PR Activations & Content
- Lead content collaborations with key media, ensuring brand image alignment
- Manage editorial shoots and content production featuring key collections
- Develop content strategies and PR amplification plans to maximize campaign impact
- Execute PR activations, including product launches, press days, and fashion week initiatives
- Support event coordination, including guest management for press, talents, and KOLs
4. Performance & Insights
- Monitor, analyze, and report PR performance using relevant measurement tools
- Conduct competitive benchmarking and track brand visibility versus competitors
- Provide insights and recommendations based on performance data and market trends
- Prepare regular reports on media coverage, content engagement, and talent impact
5. Budget & Sample Management
- Manage PR budgets for Men’s Fashion and Watches, ensuring accuracy and compliance
- Oversee PR sample management, including logistics, inventory control, and press rack coordination
- Support look book development and sample allocation for shoots and endorsements
- Manage celebrity and influencer engagements, including dressing opportunities
