About the role
Description
Responsibilities:
Quality issues management
- Handling inquiries about quality issues that come from stores and provide timely and effective responses.
- Handling inquiries about quality issues that come from warehouses and provide timely and effective responses.
Quality information management
- Timely convey the relevant quality information from the central team to all stores and the corresponding teams.
- Effectively collect issues related to quality from the stores and the market, and promptly feedback them to central team
- Regularly conduct data statistics and analysis on quality issues of relevant product categories.
Standard Operation Procedure Setup and management
- Establish and implement quality-related standard operation procedures
- Conduct real-time monitoring and improvement
Quality related Training
- Regularly provide quality-related training for the store's after-sales specialists
- Regularly provide quality-related training for third party agents
Store Supporting
- Conduct regular online or offline store visits for in-charged stores
- Real-time understanding of the actual operation and pain points of the store's after-sales service, and providing corresponding support and solutions
Warehouse Quality-related management
- Effective management of the corresponding storage locations in the warehouses (related to quality)
- Conduct regular inventory analysis and provide optimization solutions.
Requirements:
- Three years or above working experience in Quality area, luxury industry is preferred.
- Good command of Excel/Word
- Strong communication skills
- Fluent in English and Mandarin
