購入者アンケートおよびミステリーショッピングプログラムのスコアを重要KPIとして、店舗のサービスレベル向上を追求。結果に基づき分析を行い、具体的なアクションプランを策定し実行を推進。

Digital Tool Development

店舗で使用する販売ツールアプリの開発が主なミッション。ユーザー（店舗スタッフ）の視点から開発チームへ改善リクエストを上げ、より良い顧客体験の提供をサポート。

店舗ガイドラインのローカライゼーション

本国から共有される店舗向けのガイドラインの翻訳および日本市場に合わせたカスタマイズ。必要な際は他部署との調整を行い、店舗の問い合わせ窓口として発信と管理を行う。

Retail Excellence / Service

Driving the enhancement of store service levels, with customer surveys and mystery shopping program scores as key KPIs.

Analyzing results and formulating concrete action plans for implementation.

Digital Tool Development

The primary mission is the development of sales tool applications for store use.

Supporting the provision of better user experience by submitting improvement requests to the development team from a user perspective.

Store Guideline Localization

Translating store guidelines shared from headquarters and customizing them to suit the Japanese market.

Coordinating with other departments as needed, and serving as a central point of contact for store inquiries, managing communication and dissemination.

 

Profil

応募資格 リテール業界での3年以上の経験（店舗マネジメント経験の有無明記） ビジネスレベルの英語力（読み、書き、会話） PCスキル：主にExcelデータを基に、関数を使用して分析までできるレベル Minimum of 3 years of experience in the retail industry (please specify if you have store management experience). Business-level English proficiency (reading, writing, and conversational). PC Skills: Proficient in Excel, capable of data analysis using functions.
