- Client Experience & Brand Management:
Champion an exceptional client journey, fostering a client-centric mindset to build lasting loyalty and achieve repurchase objectives. Act as a Louis Vuitton ambassador, representing the Brand in local activities and elevating its desirability within the market. - Strategic Leadership & Business Development:
Develop and execute comprehensive store strategies aligned with market trends and Brand objectives. Identify and capitalize on business opportunities, leveraging all available support to maximize sales across all product categories. - Commercial & Financial Management:
Drive ambitious sales and profitability targets for the store. Monitor controllable expenses, supervise loss prevention, and manage inventory effectively. Develop and manage the store budget, ensuring financial compliance and operational efficiency. - Operational Excellence:
Oversee all operational aspects of the store, ensuring seamless execution of Louis Vuitton policies, standards, and procedures. Implement best practices in sales floor management, inventory, and after-sales service to enhance efficiency and client satisfaction. - Team Leadership & Development:
Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team, fostering a collaborative and inspiring work environment. Identify, recruit, and retain top talent, ensuring effective performance management, succession planning, and continuous professional growth for all team members, particularly through the development of Managers.
