As a Louis Vuitton Stylist, you are a brand ambassador for Client Centricity and Excellence. You will elevate the styling capability of our teams, inspire confidence in RTW, and support both existing and prospective clients in close collaboration with Retail Performance, Merchandising, and Client Development teams. Your expertise will drive meaningful client relationships, enhance loyalty, and strengthen our positioning in the luxury market.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive regional RTW targets, increase conversion, and elevate the full-silhouette experience across every client interaction.
• Coach selling teams on styling, product knowledge, and the Louis Vuitton aesthetic; support exceptional in-store client experiences and key events.
• Collaborate with store leaders, Merchandising, and Client Development on client recruitment, retention strategies, and styling-driven business growth.
• Build bespoke looks, nurture high-value clients, and expand the network of RTW clients through creative outreach and luxury market awareness.
• Partner on collection training, launch tools, and event styling to bring RTW and new product stories to life.
• Maintain deep knowledge of industry trends, competitors, and market dynamics to shape innovative styling and engagement strategies.

Profil

What You Bring Significant experience in luxury fashion, styling, or related fields across a broad range of product categories Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence, inspire, and build trust. A business-driven mindset with proven success in developing long-term client relationships and driving commercial results. A luxury brand ambassador with a refined, fashion-forward approach.
