Les missions
Handling of Import shipments
- Managing inbound transportation of Perfume, Beauty and Chocolate shipments to ensure smooth end-to-end delivery.
- Stock management in SAP & Micros system: Ensuring accuracy of movement, status of KR11 test items & Chocolates
- ETA tracking: Perfume and beauty stock status update to relevant team in coordination with compliance team
- Non-Merchandise Shipment Management: Providing seamless support to import Uniforms, packages, PR, VM props and gifts etc. in coordination with stakeholders.
- Vendor Communication: Communicate with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and other relevant parties.
- Insurance rate calculation & announcement before end of June.
- Update of split rule for KDOM
- Providing monthly Import data to Finance
- Data submission for Waste Charges & Recycling Charges and processing yearly payment
- Test sample stock request to Central SC
Label work. - Weekly label program update including composition updates
- Label issue handling: Providing full support to stores if any missing or incorrect label issues are found
- Monthly sharing of accumulated label data to customs broker
- Label artwork creation: Label preparation for new perfume, beauty and chocolate products
- Price data update for new products and price modification
- Price label distribution to stores for cosmetics
Monthly payment
- Logistics costs review for perfume, beauty and chocolate shipments
- Duty & VAT payment for chocolates
- Vendor payment
Staff Sale Operations (On-site & Online)
- Manage end-to-end staff sale operations, including inventory selection (discontinued, shop-soiled)
- Ensure inventory accuracy across collection, storage, allocation, and reconciliation
- Plan and execute on-site and online staff sale events from preparation to wrap-up
- Oversee stock allocation, replenishment, pricing, and markdown strategy
- Coordinate with warehouse and logistics to ensure smooth order fulfillment
- Monitor sales performance and provide insights for optimization
Inventory Control & Stakeholder Management
- Control inventory movement and minimize discrepancies through proper tracking
- Collaborate with Retail, HR, Finance, and Logistics for seamless execution
- Drive cross-functional alignment and support system readiness/testing
- Continuously improve processes to enhance operational efficiency and user experience
