Louis Vuitton Americas is seeking an ambitious, innovative Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Southwest Region. This role will support our Southwest Retail network. The TA Specialist will work on-site at our regional offices located in the beautiful Dallas, TX or Las Vegas, NV.
Les missions
The Talent Acquisition Specialist will support the Regional Talent Acquisition Manager in partnering with Store Leaders to attract and hire exceptional talent at all levels. The TA Specialist will participate in the full talent recruitment process, from assessing current and prospective needs to the creation of Job Postings, Sourcing, Talent pipeline/Market Mapping, Interview and Offer processes, followed by system onboarding.
Profil
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of working in a fast-paced and diverse environment. This is a position that requires both consultive support to the business, as well as operational and administrative tasks, allowing for relationship building across all levels with all of our Retail population. The successful candidate will possess strong organizational skills, effective oral and written communication skills, be resourceful and proactive, and leverage their strong interpersonal skills to influence store leaders and deliver tight deadlines.Informations complémentaires

The appointed candidate will be offered a salary within the range of USD $70,000 - $90,000 annually, plus the opportunity for a bonus, a comprehensive benefits package including: medical, dental, vision, short and long-term disability, various paid time off programs, employee discount/perks and two retirement plans both with employer contributions.
