Description

Louis Vuitton Philippines is seeking a highly motivated and commercially-minded Team Manager to join our Greenbelt 3 store. As a Brand Ambassador, you will lead and mentor a team of dedicated selling staff, ensuring the delivery of an outstanding client experience and the achievement of sales goals. This pivotal role requires an individual who can uphold Louis Vuitton's values and foster a dynamic luxury retail environment.

Les missions

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Management and Development:

    • Lead, coach, and inspire a team of selling staff to consistently deliver exceptional client experiences and product expertise.
    • Provide consistent coaching, identify development and training needs, and tailor individual development plans in partnership with Field Coach Trainers.
    • Recruit, build, and develop highly motivated teams, conducting frequent performance evaluations and providing constructive feedback.
    • Foster a positive and harmonious work environment, promoting cooperation within the team and among managers.
    • Secure succession plans for team members.
  • Client and Business Development:

    • Ensure the team delivers the highest level of client experience through exceptional storytelling and cultivating memorable moments.
    • Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships, leveraging clienteling tools to ensure an unparalleled experience.
    • Proactively drive the achievement of sales goals and business performance, setting ambitious targets and implementing effective strategies.
    • Create and deliver action plans to boost business and enhance product performance through visual merchandising, clienteling, training, and team animation.
    • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the store's product offerings, events, and market trends.
    • Lead the team in building and developing their own client portfolios.
  • Selling and Floor Management:

    • Maintain efficient sales floor management.
    • Embody Louis Vuitton's brand values as a key ambassador and culture driver.
  • Operations:

    • Coordinate store operations as part of the store management team.
    • Support seamless back-of-house functions, ensuring a clean, organized, and efficient working environment.
    • Maintain inventory levels and controls, and manage internal auditing.

Profil

Proven background in luxury retail, retail, or hospitality industry. Extensive people leadership skills and a passion for exceptional customer service. Commercially minded with an understanding of the luxury and local market. Excellent leadership, interpersonal, communication, and client relations skills. Strong business acumen and commercial sensibility. Client-centric, proactive, and positive in approach. Agile individual, able to work under pressure in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Strong sense of responsibility and ownership. Passion for the Louis Vuitton brand. Proficiency in English is required; knowledge of other local languages is a plus.
