Description

As a Team Manager focusing on the Watches & Jewelry (W&J;) category, you will be an ambassador of the Brand and driving the high-end business sales. You will be responsible for the development of the W&J; Client base, delivering world-class luxury experiences.

• Lead and coach your team to build strong Client relationships and attract new W&J; Clients
• Proactively foster the achievement of sales goals especially in the W&J; category
• Uphold the highest standards in delivering client experiences
• Maintain efficient sales floor management

Profil

Extensive managerial experience in the luxury retail sector and/or watches & jewelry brands Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills Client centric mindset is mandatory Great team player with high levels of motivation Strong sense of responsibility and ownership Passion for Louis Vuitton and towards the world of W&J; Fluency in Mandarin and English
