As a Customer Marketing Intern, you will be working in collaboration with the Brand Marketing teams under the supervision and guidance of the Head of Customer Marketing to implement Customer Marketing strategies for each distribution channel according to the priority brands of Moët Hennessy Vietnam’s portfolio. Once agreed, the Customer Marketing Intern is responsible to help implement and execute approved Customer Marketing programs along with the Sales and Brand Marketing team based on data from the Sale Planning Department with or without the assistance of 3rd party agencies. The ultimate objective is to increase market share, optimize channel potential and market opportunity to reach MHVN budget targets in volume and value. This role is paramount in the efficient operation of the company by providing an effective, dynamic, and enriching link between the departments of Sales, Marketing and Sales Planning.

The ideal candidate will be motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to gain valuable insights into our industry and business operations, applying your academic knowledge and developing new skills. We are looking for a 6-month intern who can commit to a full-time schedule, five days a week and be ready to onboard by early or mid of September 2026 at the latest.

Les missions

How you will contribute…

1) Trade Events & Activities:

• Support the department on all trade activities and business needs, including promotional campaigns and internal needs.
• Collaborate with Brand and Commercial team to execute trade activities.
• Coordination of marketing collaterals and activations tools.

2) Point of Sales Materials (POSM):

• Coordination of the timely distribution of POSM to trade partners, ensuring proper tracking and delivery.

3) Free of Charge (FOC) Bottles:

• Coordinate the end-to-end process for FOC bottles requests, including order processing, inventory checks and shipment arrangements.
• Ensure accurate documentations and reconciliation of FOC bottles inventory.
• Prepare monthly FOC bottles report.

4) Monthly reporting:

• Prepare and compile monthly competitive activities.
• Generate monthly trade activities reports.

Profil
