We are seeking an inspiring and transformational supply chain leader to head the Supply Planning function based in Singapore. This role plays a critical leadership position in shaping the future of planning capabilities, operational excellence, and integrated ways of working across the region.

Leading a team of planners across Supply Planning and selected channel planning activities, the role will drive end-to-end planning performance while championing the organisation’s Integrated Business Planning (IBP) transformation journey. This includes embedding new planning processes, strengthening cross-functional collaboration, enhancing decision-making capabilities, and elevating planning maturity across the APAC network.

The successful candidate will combine strategic thinking, operational leadership, transformation capability, and strong stakeholder influence to lead teams through complexity, change, and growth in a fast-evolving business environment.

Les missions

How you will contribute…

Strategic Planning & Operational Leadership

• Lead the end-to-end regional demand & supply planning strategy across the APAC Region, ensuring optimal balance between service, inventory, agility, and operational efficiency.
• Oversee demand, supply and inventory planning activities across the region (S&OP; + S&OE;), ensuring strong alignment between commercial priorities, operational capabilities, and customer service objectives.
• Drive close collaboration with Global Supply Chain counterparts and wineries to relay APAC needs ( S&OP; + S&OE; ), ensuring adequate supply and appropriate tactical decisions.
• Drive planning governance, supply risk management, allocation strategies, and scenario planning to support business continuity and operational resilience.
• Provide leadership oversight across planning activities supporting multiple business channels, including Global Travel Retail (APAC), Private Sales, POSM planning, and demand planning activities for markets operating under distributor and wholesaler models.
• Ensure robust execution and continuous optimisation of planning processes, inventory health, and service level performance across the network.

 

Cross-Functional & Strategic Partnership

• Serve as a trusted strategic partner to Commercial, Finance, Marketing, Procurement, Manufacturing, Logistics, and Global Supply Chain leadership teams.
• Influence executive decision-making through strategic insights, business scenario analysis, and data-driven recommendations.
• Lead cross-functional alignment across S&OP; and IBP processes to ensure integrated decision-making across demand, supply, inventory, and financial objectives.
• Build strong regional and global partnerships to drive alignment on priorities, transformation initiatives, operational strategies, and business continuity planning.

 

Integrated Business Planning Transformation & Continuous Improvement

• Serve as a key leader in the organisation’s Integrated Business Planning (IBP) transformation journey, driving the evolution toward a more integrated, data-driven, and collaborative planning model.

• Lead the evolution toward a more integrated, digitally enabled, and insight-driven planning ecosystem that supports faster and more effective business decision-making.
• Drive strategic transformation initiatives spanning process redesign, operating model evolution, planning governance, capability uplift, and systems enablement.
• Champion automation, digitalisation, advanced analytics, and continuous improvement initiatives to modernise planning operations and enhance organisational scalability.
• Partner with regional and global stakeholders to shape future-state planning capabilities aligned with evolving business priorities and growth ambitions.

 

Leadership & Capability Development

• Lead, inspire, and develop a high-performing team of planners, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.
• Build future-ready organisational capabilities to support the evolving complexity of supply chain planning and integrated business planning.
• Drive leadership development, succession planning, and capability-building initiatives across the planning community.
• Create an inclusive and empowering environment that encourages strategic thinking, proactive problem-solving, and continuous learning.

 

Profil

We are looking for unique and amazing talent. Join us if you have… Qualifications & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Business, Engineering, or related discipline. Minimum 15 years experience in Supply Planning, Integrated Business Planning, or end-to-end Supply Chain leadership roles within a regional or global environment. Proven track record leading large-scale transformation, IBP implementation, or planning excellence initiatives within complex organizations. Strong leadership experience managing and developing high-performing teams within matrixed environments, with multiple stakeholder groups. Deep understanding of integrated supply chain planning, inventory optimization, demand-supply balancing, and operational governance. Strong analytical, communication, influencing, and stakeholder management capabilities.
