Job Description

Looking for a highly organized and analytical Merchandising Contractor to support the Merchandising team across jewelry (40%) and other product categories: High jewelry, Watches & Leather goods (60%). The role focuses on reporting, daily operational tasks, business analysis, and presentation support.
Key Responsibilities
System support

• System data refresh – daily / weekly / mthly sales etc.
• Stock refresh
• Store visit data preparation

Sales analysis

• Assist merchant team on sales analysis, create format and update for sales recap etc via Excel / PPT

Competitor Study

• Monitor competitor new launches and create comparative assortment analyses
• Collect new fashion trend/color palette and consolidate for stylish styling sharing

Product presentation for office & retail

• Recurring product new launches kick-off/recap presentations/Event support
• Translation – Products
• Product (price) booklet – format setting, update

Profile

• Strong motivation and sense of responsibility.
• MS Office proficiency (Power Point & Excel &Word, especially pivot table), power BI is a plus.
• Proficient in English, need to operate English system, communicate by English emails, and product translation.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable managing multiple tasks.
• Interest in luxury products and consumer trends.
