Job Summary:
The HR Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for
leading all recruitment activities at Bulgari Japan for both boutique and
office roles. This involves developing recruitment strategies, collaborating
with hiring managers, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews,
managing offer processes, and overseeing new hire induction. The
specialist will also maintain strong relationships with agencies, manage
recruitment data, coordinate onboarding, and manage the recruitment
budget. This role is crucial in attracting and securing top talent to support
Bulgari Japan's continued growth.
Key Accountabilities:
- Recruitment Strategy and Execution:
- Develop and implement comprehensive recruitment
strategies for boutique and office positions. - Collaborate with hiring managers to understand and confirm job requirements.
- Proactively source and attract candidates through various
channels. - Conduct thorough resume screening and initial interviews.
- Manage the interview scheduling process efficiently.
- Facilitate internal offer approval processes.
- Administer aptitude tests and conduct reference checks.
- Extend job offers and manage the negotiation and closing
stages of recruitment.
- Develop and implement comprehensive recruitment
- New Graduate Recruitment:
- Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process for new
graduates, including selection and post-offer onboarding
adjustments. - Design, promote, and execute internship programs to identify
and nurture potential new graduate hires. - Manage new graduate recruitment through advertising and
leveraging various recruitment resources.

- New Hire Onboarding & Induction:
- Coordinate and conduct the induction process for new hires
on their first day. - Liaise with hiring managers to assess and confirm
performance during the probationary period. - Adjust On-boarding for mid-career hires.

- Establish and maintain strong working relationships with
recruitment agencies and other vendors.
