Description
We are seeking a highly creative and talented Social Media to join Bvlgari’s Corporate Social Media team, in Rome. Reporting to the Social Media Manager, he/she will be responsible for developing and implementing effective social media strategies to promote our brand, engage with our audience, and drive growth. This role offers the opportunity to collaborate closely with other functions, such as our PR, celebrities, marketing and creative teams, as well as key local markets.
Les missions
- Coordinate communication projects with a special focus on content creation and editorial strategy, liaising between the different counterparts to insure the adequate visibility, carefully selecting the correct social media platforms between the global platforms.
- Develop and execute editorial strategy across all social platforms, ensuring a cohesive brand narrative, engaging storytelling, and impactful content that drives community growth and engagement.
- Conduct regular analysis of social media performance metrics and provide reports and insights to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Create and curate compelling, high-quality content during events and product launches, across various social media channels, including but not limited to: Instagram, Tiktok, LinkedIn, X, Facebook, Pinterest and YouTube
- Maintain brand consistency and ensure all social media content adheres to our brand guidelines and standards
- Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to develop and implement integrated campaigns that align with our brand identity and marketing objectives
- Contrubute to the day-to-day activities of our social media accounts, including content scheduling, community management, and responding to comments and messages in a timely manner
- Monitor social media trends, tools, best practices, and emerging platforms, and recommend innovative ways to improve our social media presence
- Monitor and manage the social media budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and adherence to financial guidelines.
- Manage collaborations with content creators, from identification and briefing to content approval and performance tracking, ensuring alignment with brand values and campaign objectives.
