As Carrousel Manager, you orchestrate a safe, engaging, and inspiring environment where children are encouraged to explore, create, and grow through meaningful activities. You lead the daily life of Le Carrousel with warmth, professionalism, and genuine care, ensuring every experience reflects the values and standards of the Maison. In close collaboration with families and operational teams, you cultivate trust and confidence while creating memorable moments for children of all ages. Through creativity, leadership, and a deep understanding of child development, you contribute to making Le Carrousel a cherished part of every family journey at Cheval Blanc Randheli.

Profil

A personality, a profile, an expertise…   Experience   Proven experience managing children's programmes, kids clubs, childcare facilities, or educational environments within luxury hospitality or recognised institutions Strong background in child development, activity planning, and family guest engagement Internationally recognised qualifications or certifications in childcare, early childhood education, child psychology, recreation, or a related field   Hard skills   Strong knowledge of child safeguarding, health, safety, and welfare practices Ability to develop and animate age appropriate educational and recreational programmes Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English   Soft skills   – Naturally caring, patient, and attentive to children's needs – Creative and energetic with a passion for creating meaningful experiences – Confident leader with the ability to inspire and guide a team – Calm, organised, and professional in all situations involving children and families
