Responsibilities

主要职责

1. Outlet support on stock replenishment and consolidation
2. Provide support on promotional plans, cross channels incl. Outlet / Markdown / Family sales.
3. Collaborate with Merchandising team, build appropriate target stock at SKU*stores level for Carry-over and Seasonal products.
4. Collaborate with merchandising team during buying season for range plan, sizing and setup bulk.
5. Follow up the worldwide rebalancing from request, transfer In-&-Out with merchandising and logistics team.
6. Support the phase-out based on product life cycle by initiating the analysis and organizing retail return.
7. Manage routine reporting and provide support on ad-hoc business analysis.
8. Master regular ERP system operations, eg. purchase order creation, transfer order upload, delivery status tracking, target stock maintenance, inventory/pricing extraction, etc.
9. Overall Merchandising support on Perfume and Small Accessories categories (Buying, stock management, business review – Reporting to Merchandising category Manager)

Requirements:

岗位要求

1. BA or BS degree with 1-2 years of prior experience in merchandise allocation or sales operation.
2. Luxury or Fashion Retail Industry is preferred.
3. Strong data analysis skills, eg. Professional in Excel.
4. Fluent spoken and written English and Chinese. French speaking is plus.
5. Strong learning capabilities on process, product, assortment and procedure.
6. A collaborative and respectful team player.
7. Strong problem-solving and able to work under pressure.
8. Ability to react quickly with a sense of urgency.
9. Highly self-motivated and directed, detail-minded.
