Les missions
The Administrative Intern will apply and complement their theoretical knowledge, develop key administrative skills, and gain practical experience by supporting the daily operations of different business departments in a dynamic and collaborative environment.
- Reception and organization of materials.
- Preparation of documents, reports, and presentations.
- Administrative support to different departments (Marketing, Logistics, Retail, and Training).
- Management of orders and office supplies inventory.
- Data entry and maintenance in internal systems.
- Organization and maintenance of physical and digital filing systems.
- Follow-up on supplier payments and processing of purchase orders.
