PROFILE Minimum MBO level (or equivalent) Make-up artistry training (commercial application) and/or beautician certification Minimum 2–3 years of experience in retail, preferably in cosmetics or luxury Strong sales and customer service mindset Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to build relationships and engage clients naturally Basic knowledge of digital tools and reporting systems Fluent in Dutch (mandatory, spoken and written) Good command of English   Personal Qualities Passion for beauty and luxury retail Proactive and hands-on attitude Flexible and adaptable (including weekends and varied schedules) Team player with the ability to work independently Eager to learn and continuously improve Energetic, engaging, and client-focused
