Description

The Content Specialist supports the definition, coordination, and execution of content production activities, with a particular focus on event coverages and brand communication projects. This role requires an organized and detail-oriented individual with a strong sensitivity for visual and narrative language, capable of managing cross-functional projects in a dynamic and international context.

Les missions

  • Support the definition, coordination and execution of content production activities focusing on event coverages especially for photos, videos and digital content;
  • Coordinate the operational flow of content projects, monitoring progress, priorities, and deadlines;
  • Develop briefs and guidelines for external suppliers to ensure delivery of the required assets;
  • Coordinate shooting schedules and manage suppliers, especially under tight timelines and across multiple locations
  • Collaborate with internal teams such as Events, PR, and Regional Teams to ensure alignment of objectives, processes, and deliverables;
  • Actively participate in photo and video production days, supporting operational and organizational activities and ensuring the timely delivery of materials;
  • Prepare reports and archive all produced assets in presentations and brand digital platforms;
  • Support the administrative management of projects, including budget tracking and invoice management;
  • Collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure the quality, consistency, and effectiveness of produced content;
  • Monitor content performance, where applicable, and contribute to identifying opportunities for improvement and optimization;

Profil

Master Degree in Communication, marketing, Fashion Management or similar;Previous experience of 1-2 years in similar roles within content production, communication, or digital content; Fluent in Italian and English, both spoken and written; Professional knowledge of Microsoft Office (in particular, Excel and PowerPoint); knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop, is a plus Strong passion for photography and video production Organizational and project coordination skills; Precision, proactivity, and problem-solving abilities; Ability to deal with different stakeholders; Ability to work in dynamic environments, managing multiple projects simultaneously; Creative, analytical and open mindset, flexibility, and very good communication skills. Availability to travel and to work flexible hours, including weekends when required.

Informations complémentaires

For new joiners in this role in Italy, the initial annual gross salary is EUR 27.000.

This salary has been determined on the basis of objective and gender-neutral criteria and corresponds to the compensation normally granted for this position at the time of publication of this job posting. Actual compensation may vary depending on factors such as your unique combination of experience and skills, seniority, and current organizational needs.

This role also provides for participation in a bonus scheme, at Loro Piana’s discretion, based on factors such as individual and/or company performance.

In addition to the benefits provided by law, further benefits may be granted in accordance with current company policies.

The employment relationship will be governed by the provisions of the applicable national collective bargaining agreement (CCNL Tessile, Abbigliamento e Moda) and the supplementary company agreement, as applied by Loro Piana in Italy.
