Loro Piana is looking for a Human Resources Intern to join our HR team. As a collaborative and strategic individual, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various HR functions and contribute to the growth and success of our organization. This internship will expose you to a wide range of HR functions including learning and development, HR policies, DEI initiatives, employee engagement, and talent acquisition. The HR Intern will contribute to meaningful projects that directly impact our employees and organizational culture.

Les missions

  • Assist in the maintenance, review, development, and communication of employee handbooks and HR policy documents, ensuring compliance and clarity.
  • Support the implementation and advancement of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) initiatives and projects across the organization.
  • Facilitate engaging learning and development training sessions, ensuring alignment with strategic organizational goals and objectives.
  • Update and manage content on the HR SharePoint site, ensuring information remains accurate, relevant, and easily accessible to all employees.
  • Contribute to the planning and organization of employee engagement activities and internship events.
  • Provide comprehensive support for various ad hoc HR projects, including research, presentation preparation, and data analysis to inform decision-making.
  • Support the end-to-end Talent Acquisition and Hiring process for frontline roles, encompassing job posting, contract management, and pre-onboarding/onboarding activities.
  • Assist HR Operations with essential administrative processes, contributing to the efficient functioning of the department.

Profil

Previous HR internship experience  Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Strong teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills. Demonstrated passion for HR and a desire to learn and grow in the field.
