Les missions
Based in our Geneva Head Office, and part of our Central Europe team (Switzerland, Hungary, Romania and Czech Republic) you will be joining our IS&T; department and be be responsible for IT support with the following missions :
User Support:
- Handle assistance requests from VIPs and provide Level 2 support for users (incidents, requests) by phone, Teams, or direct intervention.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware problems (computers, peripherals, specific production equipment) and software problems (operating systems, business applications, office automation).
- Ensure the installation, configuration, and maintenance of workstations, printers, and other IT equipment.
- Train users in the use of tools and systems, and raise awareness of best practices, particularly in IT security.
IT Fleet Management and Infrastructure Support:
- Prepare and deploy new equipment.
- Participate in the inventory and monitoring of hardware and software.
- Manage equipment movements and software updates.
- Participate in the maintenance of network and server infrastructures (patching IT Racks).
- Perform regular checks of the condition of meeting rooms.
Documentation and Continuous Improvement:
- Write and update technical procedures and knowledge bases.
- Propose improvements to optimize support and user satisfaction.
- Lead short training sessions on Office 365 office tools, Artificial Intelligence, and IT security best practices.
Collaboration:
- Work closely with other members of the IT team, production departments, and support functions.
- Escalate complex problems to expert teams or external suppliers if necessary.
