Description
MAIN OBJECTIVE OF THIS POSITION
• To drive brand awareness, manage brand image and enhance reputation through public relation methods
• To support brand campaign launch and amplify product new news by leveraging media/influencer/mua/celebrity contact through PR approaches to fulfill marketing communication goals.
• Lead creative and efficient PR events to drive brand excitment and awarenss
• Contact window to HQ communicaiton teams, for them to better understand the needs and performance of China PR strategy
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES OF THIS POSITION
• Brand annual PR strategy set up & execution, include KOL & media network establishment and maintenance
• PR event organize
• Celebrity Management – contract negotiation, regular communication, shooting/posts/event coordination
• Celebrity content creation co work with PM team and HQ image team
• EC related PR projects support
• PR crisis monitor & management
• Brand sustainability projects
• Close communication & exchange with HQ communication team
• PR team budget management
• Team coach & development
MAIN KPIs OF THIS POSITION
• Good accomplishment of Celebrity shooting projects
• Strong network building with Press & Media, Celebrity & influencers
• Editorial clipping ranking and media awards vs key competitors
• PR team budget spending efficiency
• Team development & cross function team collaboration
• Other product launch campaign and brand communication KPIs as assigned
