Join us in redefining the boundaries of what’s possible./span/ppspan style=strongYour role/strong /span/ppspan style=We are looking for a  Junior Hr Business Partner  who will  support daily HR operations and contribute to people-related initiatives. The role will collaborate closely with managers and employees, ensuring alignment between business needs and HR practices./span/ppstrongspan style=Main responsibilities: /span/strong/ppspan style=•    Collaborate closely with the HR Manager and Senior HR Business Partners to support People Management processes./spanbrspan style=•    Assist in daily HR activities, including 1:1 employee interviews, report updates, disciplinary procedures, and designing presentations./spanbrspan style=•    Manage the training process, ensuring the effective delivery of safety, technical upskilling, and organizational awareness programs./spanbrspan style=•    Support Business Leaders managing HR reporting, workforce planning, team communication and well-being surveys./spanbrspan style=•    Partner with the Talent Acquisition team to support recruitment and oversee the onboarding process for new hires./spanbrspan style=•    Contribute to People Development initiatives to promote company values and foster employee growth./spanbrspan style=•    Coordinate and manage internship programs across different Business Units./spanbrspan style=•    Maintain and update organizational charts./spanbrspan style= /spanbrstrongspan style=Main Requirements:/span/strong/ppspan style=•    Educational background in Human Resources, Economics, Psychology, Management, or Law /spanbrspan style=•    Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus)/spanbrspan style=•    Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability to different situations/spanbrspan style=•    Critical thinking and effective communication skills/spanbrspan style=•    Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint/spanbrspan style=•    A collaborative mindset with a strong inclination for teamwork/spanbrspan style=•    Strong adaptability to changing contexts and evolving business needs /span/ppspan style=strongOur Diversity, Equity and Inclusion commitment​/strong/span/pp /ppspan style=We are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees.
