The intern is expected to work with internal (global, regional and local marketing, sales teams, cross-functional teams) and external (suppliers amp; vendors including agencies) parties./span/p/div/divdivp /ppstrongAREAS OF RESPONSIBILITIES AND RELATED ACTIVITIES: /strong/p/div/divdivdivol style=list-style-type:decimal start=1lipMarketing calendar planning and execution- follow through regional and in-country GTM initiatives, define best practices and assist in the successful deployment of calendar plans for APAC markets (PS, Retail, Exports):/p/li/ol/divdivul style=list-style-type:circlelipRetail activations: synergy campaigns, Point Of Sales Mat’s(POSMs) assets, demonstration amp; merchandising tools /p/li/ul/divdivul style=list-style-type:circlelipPromotions: B2B or B2B2C promotions to help drive sale and loyalty among customers /p/li/ul/divdivul style=list-style-type:circlelipEvents that feature the brand: internal and external events including optical fairs, summits and conferences /p/li/ul/divdivul style=list-style-type:circlelipTrade Communication: trade / internal communication or newsletter on the brand and its activities /p/li/ul/divdivul style=list-style-type:circlelipBrand Campaigns: Digital and Influencer campaign coordination with agencies for asset adaptation, claims review and media plan deployment /p/li/ul/divdivp /p/divdivol style=list-style-type:decimal start=2lip Support the creation/adaptation of brand programs, demonstrating creativity amp; innovative thinking in: /p/li/ol/divdivul style=list-style-type:circlelipDeployment of new brand media campaign across key markets /p/li/ul/divdivul style=list-style-type:circlelipAssist in execution of influencer amp; PR campaigns /p/li/ul/divdivul style=list-style-type:circlelipEnhancing the Transitions Brand visibility all along the in-store journey /p/li/ul/divdivul style=list-style-type:circlelipSupporting the overall brand marketing plan including management of consumer amp; trade content /p/li/ul/divdivul style=list-style-type:circlelipFacilitating and support in tracking the marketing spends by country and initiative /p/li/ul/divdivp /p/divdivol style=list-style-type:decimal start=3lipEstablish regional capabilities and resources for APAC marketing team /p/li/ol/divdivul style=list-style-type:circlelipSocial Media toolkits: Prepare monthly social media toolkit to enable ECPs and key customers to drive Transitions content and messaging always on basis /p/li/ul/div/divdivdivul style=list-style-type:circlelipWebsite Updates/Adaptations: Ensure Transitions amp; Essilor websites are up to date with latest content and materials and share with markets  /p/li/ul/divdivul style=list-style-type:circlelipCompetitive Intelligence: APAC markets is highly competitive with new market promotions and activations. Help APAC team and markets to stay updated and take necessary action /p/li/ul/divdivp /ppstrongKEY REQUIREMENTS: /strong/p/divdivul style=list-style-type:disclipCurrently studying with BBA/MBA (major of studies) /p/li/ul/divdivul style=list-style-type:disclipAnalytical, business oriented amp; great with presentations. Excellent MS Office skills esp. w/ Excel amp; PowerPoint Strong project management skills/ability to work on multiple topics concurrently under tight deadlines /p/li/ul/divdivul style=list-style-type:disclipReliable, autonomous, precise, good organization amp; communication skills /p/li/ul/divdivul style=list-style-type:disclipPositive attitude and diligence in following through on priorities and delivering high quality results /p/li/ul/divdivul style=list-style-type:disclipVersed in or interested in brands in general/p/li/ul/div/div
