You will contribute to the formulation and testing of new coating products, gaining hands-on experience in raw materials, application techniques, and performance evaluation. The role requires a basic understanding of chemistry and material science, along with an interest in coatings, surface treatments, and industrial processes. You will assist in laboratory activities, including sample preparation, analytical testing, and data collection, using a variety of lab equipment./pp /pp /ppspan style=font-size:12.0ptstrongspan style=font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serifMain responsibilities:/span/strong/span/pp /pp /polliSupport the optimization of coating formulations through laboratory experiments/liliPrepare and test coating formulations, including application on different substrates and evaluation of performance (e.g. adhesion, durability, appearance).
