You will gain hands-on experience in polymer processing, thermal and mechanical characterization, and experimental data analysis./ppYou will contribute to laboratory and experimental activities including micro-injection molding trials, thermal characterization of polymers, and evaluation of replication quality of micro-structured components. The position requires a basic understanding of polymer science, materials characterization techniques, and an interest in advanced manufacturing processes./pp /pp /ppspan style=font-size:12.0ptstrongspan style=font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serifMain responsibilities:/span/strong/span/pp /pp /polliSupport the evaluation and processing of new polymer materials for injection molding/liliPrepare and produce samples through micro-injection molding/liliPerform material characterization tests using laboratory techniques such as DMA, DSC, and TGA/liliCollect and analyze experimental data related to material performance and replication quality/liliContribute to the evaluation of the replication degree of micro-structured surfaces/liliAssist in the preparation of technical reports and documentation/liliCollaborate with team members in experimental activities and data interpretation/liliEnsure proper use of laboratory equipment and follow established safety and quality procedures/li/olp /pp /ppspan style=font-size:12.0ptspan style=font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serifstrongMain Requirements:/strong/span/span/pp /pp /polliEducational Background: Master’s degree in Engineering (Materials engineering, mechanical engineering or polymer engineering preferred)/liliBasic knowledge and understanding of polymer science and polymer processing/liliLaboratory experience with polymers (thermo-mechanical characterization).
