This role is responsible for developing processes with cross functional partners within Luxottica, Retail Host partners and vendors to define and deliver projects within agreed upon financial parameters, scope and service level agreements. /pp /ppstrongMAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES/strong/pulliDevelops and leads execution of the long term strategy and roadmap for store placements to optimize penetration within hosted retail locations in alignment with brand strategy and goals/liliPlans and oversees the annual/quarterly/monthly operational execution plans for all store openings, closures, remodels, relocations and maintenance for the brand/liliDevelop standardized reporting and analysis practices to evaluate the “health” of the fleet and identify opportunities for continued improvement/liliEvaluates, prioritizes and leads implementation of projects related to continuously enhancing the physical store experience (design, fixturing, technology, maintenance) to ensure stores are positioned to deliver the best patient and customer experience/liliServes as a primary liaison with host partners, vendors and cross functional leaders to ensure delivery of projects within agreed upon scope, objectives, and financial parameters for each project/liliProvide leadership and support to the field to ensure leaders are positioned to execute fleet projects with excellence; addressing issues and questions and building in process improvements for the future/liliResponsible for monitoring project progress and reporting to key partners and senior leaders to ensure that projects meet expectations, budgets, and deadlines/liliLooks for opportunities to combine multiple projects for greater efficiency and identifies conflicts and inconsistencies/liliMaintains open communication with all involved project partners to improve operational needs and minimalize oversight/liliAligns with other departments on projects, prevents and manages associated conflicts/liliResolves post-implementation matters/li/ulp /ppstrongBASIC QUALIFICATIONS/strong/pulliBachelor’s degree or equivalent experience/lili8+ years’ experience in retail, project management or other technical discipline/liliExperience leading multiple, complex projects/liliAbility to lead multiple cross-functional teams and adapts well to change/liliProven ability to work effectively in a fast paced environment/liliAbility to defuse conflicts effectively/liliStrong interpersonal skills with ability to work with and oversee team, as well as many levels of management/liliStrong analytical and organizational skills/liliAbility to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions/liliResults oriented/liliExcellent verbal and written communication skills/liliSelf-motivated and ability to work under high pressure conditions with little to no supervision/liliKnowledge of Windows based applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)/liliAbility to travel up to 30% of time/li/ulp /ppstrongPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS/strong/pulliA Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration/liliProject Management experience within specialty retail operations/liliExperience with corporate store operations/liliAbility to read and understand architectural documents/li/ulpPay Range: - 133,800.37 /ppThis posting is for an existing vacancy within our business. Employee pay is determined by multiple factors, including geography, experience, qualifications, skills and local minimum wage requirements.
