This role provides daily leadership, coaching, and technical guidance to maintenance technicians while coordinating workflow and ensuring timely completion of preventive and corrective maintenance activities./ppThe Maintenance Team Lead serves as a senior technical resource for advanced facilities and automation systems, including electrical controls, conveyors, automated equipment, and building systems. This position is also responsible for training and onboarding new hires, developing technician capabilities, and promoting best practices in safety and maintenance excellence./ppstronguMAJOR DUTIES amp; RESPONSIBILITIES/u/strong/pulliMaintains, troubleshoots, and repairs facility infrastructure, building systems, and automated production equipment, including conveyors, motors, drives, PLC-controlled systems, and other electrical and mechanical systems./liliPerforms preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance to maximize equipment uptime and operational efficiency./liliProvides daily leadership, mentoring, and technical guidance to maintenance technicians while reinforcing management priorities and expectations./liliTrains and onboards new hires, ensuring they are properly instructed on safety procedures, maintenance standards, and technical troubleshooting methods./liliCoaches technicians to identify development opportunities and enhance their technical skills in electrical, mechanical, and automation systems./liliLeads advanced troubleshooting efforts using root cause analysis and implements corrective actions to prevent recurring issues./liliEnsures all maintenance activities are accurately documented in the CMMS, including labor hours, parts used, and repair details./liliMonitors work quality and ensures repairs are completed efficiently, effectively, and in compliance with established standards./liliPromotes and enforces safe work practices, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO), electrical safety, and regulatory compliance./liliCoordinates with Operations, Engineering, Safety, and Facilities teams to address equipment issues and support continuous improvement initiatives./liliParticipates in regular meetings to review performance, prioritize work, and resolve outstanding issues./liliAssumes additional responsibilities and performs special projects as assigned./li/ulpstronguBASIC QUALIFICATIONS/u/strong/pulliHigh School Diploma or GED required./liliMinimum of 7 years of maintenance experience in facilities, distribution, manufacturing, or automated environments./liliDemonstrated leadership experience, including coaching, mentoring, and training technicians or new hires./liliStrong troubleshooting skills in electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and automation systems./liliAbility to read and interpret electrical schematics, PLC logic, and mechanical and fluid power diagrams./liliExperience using a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS)./liliProficiency in root cause analysis and problem-solving methodologies./liliBasic computer and mathematical skills./liliThorough knowledge of safety procedures and standards, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO)./li/ulpstrongPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS/strong/pulliAssociate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Maintenance, Electrical Technology, Mechanical Engineering Technology, or a related field./liliExperience with PLCs, variable frequency drives (VFDs), conveyors, robotics, or automated material handling systems./liliCertification in industrial maintenance, electrical systems, or automation technologies./li/ulpThis posting is for an existing vacancy within our business. Employee pay is determined by multiple factors, including geography, experience, qualifications, skills and local minimum wage requirements.
