Industrial Risk & Audit Coordinator – Italy

Master's degree or equivalent, preferably in economics or engineering. At least 5 - 7 years of experience in supplier audits and compliance, with a strong knowledge of the textile environment and garment value chain, ideally gained in luxury or high-end ready-to-wear. Solid understanding of external production ESG compliance risks in luxury fashion, proficiency in audit/risk assessment methodologies, and knowledge of Italian law 231/01 and emerging Duty of Vigilance laws. Passionate about textiles and workshops, understanding of garment construction processes, textile testing, production flows, and the Italian industrial ecosystem. Strong analytical and synthesis skills, advanced Excel proficiency, and good knowledge of Power BI. Comfortable analyzing social documentation (working hours, payroll, attendance records). Knowledges of Italian labor regulations appreciated. Fluent in Italian and proficient in English or French Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with internal stakeholders and external suppliers. Organized, rigorous, and reliable, comfortable in the field, able to challenge suppliers with tact, and demonstrate strong follow-up discipline. Excellent written and verbal communication, comfortable interacting with all levels of the organization. Proven leadership abilities with experience managing cross-functional teams. Willingness to travel regularly within Italy to supplier sites (up to 50%)
