Profile:
At least 7/8 years of experience in HR in a Business Partner role in multi-site and dynamic environments.
Experience in operational HR in an industrial/ production environment. Knowledge of the local industrial ecosystem / competitors
Solid experience in handling all main HR, including disciplinary processes, administrative and organizational changes.
Knowledge of performance management, compensation cycles and talent processes.
Good knowledge of Italian labour law and HR practices.
Bachelor’s degree in Economics or Humanities or related fields – A Master’s degree in Human Resources is a plus.
Act in fast and agile context.
Coaching/ Developmental skills is a plus
Analytical skills/ at ease with numbers
Fluent in English
Very Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Good Knowledge of HR system is a plus
