1-3 years of experience in Finance, Controlling, Audit, or Data/Reporting roles Proficiency in Excel - formulas, pivot tables, basic data analysis and PowerPoint skills Excellent communication skills, verbal and writing Comfortable working with large datasets and numerical information Exposure to HRIS or reporting tools Strong attention to detail and data accuracy Analytical mindset with a willingness to learn and develop.
