Human Resources Coordinator
About the role
Proven experience in HR Coordination or a similar administrative role, with an existing grasp of payroll processes
Proficiency with HRIS and payroll systems (e.g., Tanda, Elmo, Datacom), and experience with Australian/New Zealand payroll regulations and modern Awards (GRIA, Storage Award desirable)
Highly organised, detail-oriented, and proactive, with a solutions-focused approach to HR and payroll challenges
Excellent communication, relationship management, and problem-solving skills
A professional, discreet, and approachable individual with a commitment to process improvement and confidentiality
Tertiary studies in HR and knowledge of employment law within a retail environment are highly regarded
