Retail Operations Intern (12 Month Assignment)
About the role
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES
Education: Recently obtained Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field from an accredited institution.
Financial Literacy: Strong financial acumen and data entry skills; proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required.
Technical Aptitude: Ability to quickly learn complex enterprise software and ERP systems; prior experience with SAP, FIORI, or ESKER is a strong advantage.
Organizational Excellence: Exceptional ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously, from digital workflows to physical logistics.
Attention to Detail: Meticulous, white-glove mindset ensuring all outputs — packages, reports, and communications — reflect luxury brand standards.
Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively partner across all levels of the organization.
Passion for Luxury: A genuine enthusiasm for the luxury retail industry and a desire to build a long-term career within LVMH.
Growth Mindset: Eagerness to learn, adapt, and grow within a dynamic, fast-paced luxury environment.
Intern Development & Learning Plan
This internship is more than a functional role — it is a structured developmental journey designed to prepare the right candidate for a full-time operations career at TAG Heuer or within the broader LVMH group. The selected candidate will follow a progressive 12-Month Learning Plan built around four phases:
Months 1–3 | Foundation: Brand immersion, systems onboarding, and operational basics
Months 4–6 | Development: Financial systems mastery, boutique logistics, and cross-functional collaboration
Months 7–9 | Application: Independent project ownership and process improvement
Months 10–12 | Leadership & Legacy: Strategic contribution, knowledge transfer, and LVMH career pathway planning
Formal check-ins will be conducted monthly with a mid-year checkpoint and end of program interview to ensure the intern is continuously supported, challenged, and on track toward a full-time operations role.
Salary: $20.00 hourly rate; 32 hours per week. On-site Monday - Thursday.
