Assistant EC KA Manager - Douyin
About the role
ROLE
- Responsible for Guerlain DOUYIN Flagship Store Business Result.
- Calendar planning with SI/SO plan.
- Deep co-work with platform, KOLs and internal team to delivery monthly SO target.
- Lead DP/TP to ensure smooth operation.
MAIN TASKS
- Support line manager on P&L; management, sales planning, KOL livestream strategy building.
- Cooperate with internal EMKT / logistics / product portfolio teams to align on business objectives and needs, build products planning and discount management and sample/GWP plan.
- Keep close eyes on top players’ promotion trend, ROI performance and KOL livestream SOB.
- Monitor and analyse business key metrics including day-to-day operation (traffic/conversion/AUS) and generating insights for decision making as well as optimization.
- Lead DP/TP to manage operation, including but not limited to, store refresh based on product run rate, promotions, warehousing, logistics and consumer complaints.
- PO and expense control.
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
- Over 4 years Ecommerce related working experience. Better in cosmetics/FMCG industry.
- EKA background in working experience or EMKT related. Knowledge and skills dealing with KA management, EC operation, digital marketing.
- Project management skills is a plus.

- Strong data logic & sensitivity. Excellent Excel skill.
- Teamwork oriented with ability to multi-task.
- Well organized, good communication skills and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient English and Chinese.
