1. 支持与知识产权和反不正当竞争有关的民事诉讼

• 证据文档分类与管理
• 协助更新驰名商标证据，包括安排公证和时间戳证据保全
• 协助线上调查

2. 支持业务部门与知识产权有关的需求，包括校对合同知识产权条款、更新合同列表、协调音乐许可申请等

3. 支持与巴黎及香港知识产权团队的协作，包括起草英文邮件、收集商标使用/宣传证据等

4. 编制汇总表、PPT 及其他文件

1. Support Civil Litigation

Ø Classify and manage original evidence documents.

Ø Assist in updating well-known trademark evidence, including outdoor ads, social media promotion, print magazines, media plans & visuals, significant events, annual reports, store lists, brand rankings, etc. Tasks include coordinating with business functions (i.e. Communications, Finance), notary publics, and interested parties; participating in offline notarizations; following up on the issuance of notarial certificates; scanning documents; performing time-stamp evidence preservation;

Ø Research civil enforcement targets, including identifying genuine LV reference products from the Product Library and the official LV website, performing online & offline investigations, and secure evidence through preservation methods such as time-stamping and official notarization.

1. Support LVC Business Departments from IP Perspective

Ø Approve the contract applications in OA system.

Ø Update the contract list.

Ø Provide trademark certificates.

Ø Support the music license application for mainland stores and events.

1. Support the Collaboration with Paris and HK IP Teams

Ø Prepare remittance reports to Paris team and upload the tax receipts requested by HK team.

Ø Prepare update emails to Paris portfolio team and Internet team for civil enforcement cases.

Ø Support evidence collection to defend non-use cancellations, invalidations, oppositions and etc.

Ø Greeting cards, contact update requested by HK.

1. Prepare Summary Tables, PPTs and Other Documents

Ø Prepare invoice summary list.

Ø Prepare monthly case list and statistics list.

Ø Send email to inform outside counsels to provide monthly report, invoice, estimate expenses and etc.

Ø Prepare PPT Slides for monthly report, civil enforcement update and meetings.
