Les missions

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable HR Manager for Bulgari Tokyo Ginza Bar & Dolci. In this role, you will be responsible for managing HR functions, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and supporting a positive work environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational and communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for HR best practices.

 

Key Accountabilities:

  • Personnel Archive Management: Maintain and organize employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Budgeting & Reporting: Calculate personnel data, prepare budgeting and cost reports related to HR.
  • Liaison with Mariotte HR: Regularly communicate with the Mariotte HR team and provide reports based on their requirements.
  • Legal Support: Assist the General Manager with HR-related legal matters.
  • Compliance: Stay updated on Labor Law, contracts, social insurance regulations, and ensure company compliance.
  • Payroll & Attendance: Supervise and coordinate payroll processing and attendance management.
  • Recruiting: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
  • Salary Management: Manage and create salary offers for potential new hires.
  • Training & Development: Conduct, monitor, and evaluate in-house training programs and sessions.
  • Internal Communications: Communicate HR-related information and updates to employees.

Profil

Qualifications: Experience: 3-5 years of HR experience, preferably in the hospitality industry. Knowledge: Solid understanding of Labor Law and other laws related to employment. HR Administration: Knowledge of HR administration, social insurance, and social security matters. Language: Fluent in English, Business in Japanese Skills: Leadership skills Coaching skills Good communication skills Ability to work independently Keen attention to detail and accuracy
