Les missions

A New Challenge...

Become the Chef Baker at Cheval Blanc Randheli, a key artisan of the gastronomic excellence of our Maison. Under the guidance of the Executive Pastry Chef, your role is to craft exceptional breads, viennoiseries, and baked creations that elevate our guests’ culinary experience.
You will be responsible for producing high-quality bakery items using refined techniques, premium ingredients, and a strong respect for tradition and innovation. Your expertise will ensure consistency, freshness, and excellence across all baked goods served throughout the Maison.
Attentive to detail and quality, you will oversee the preparation, baking, and presentation of products, ensuring they align harmoniously with the Maison’s culinary arts concepts. You will also adapt creations to guest preferences, special events, and bespoke dining experiences.
Your curiosity and creativity will enable you to contribute to the evolution of our bakery offerings, developing new recipes and seasonal creations that reflect both guest expectations and the culinary identity of Cheval Blanc.
Through your craftsmanship and passion, you will enhance our gastronomic events and tailor-made services, delivering unforgettable moments and extraordinary experiences for our guests at Cheval Blanc Randheli.

Profil

Experience  Bachelor’s degree in culinary arts or certificate in pastry-making or baking Experience in luxury hotels and resort operations 4 years of experience in a fine-dining establishment with 2 years in a similar role Hard skills Proficiency in hygiene and food safety standards Mastery of French culinary techniques Fluent English (spoken and written)   Soft skills – Guided by your passion for gastronomy – Recognized for your sense of precision and detail – Admired for your availability, flexibility, and adaptability – Known for your team spirit
