Between the tropical vegetation and the iconic granite boulders, Cheval Blanc Seychelles unveils a contemporary Maison nestled on Anse Intendance, the Seychelles’ most beautiful bay.
Curled up on the beach or perched on the hillside, 52 villas have been imagined by architect Jean-Michel Gathy. And out of sight, on the beach facing the turquoise horizon, a 5-bedroom exclusive villa embodies the quintessence of Cheval Blanc Art de Recevoir.
Culinary art is celebrated through five creative scenes: Mizumi, the Asian restaurant by the lake, Vivamento, the vibrant Italian pool-side bar, Sula, the feet-in-the-sand beach club, and Cheval Blanc’s signature concepts, Le 1947 French gastronomic restaurant and Le White cosmopolitan restaurant.
This peaceful retreat also boasts a collection of wellness rituals by Guerlain at the Cheval Blanc Spa, a swimming pool, a fitness centre, a surf simulator and two tennis and padel courts. Little ones are invited to enter a world of amazement at Le Carrousel kids’ club while our Ambassadeurs craft memorable bespoke experiences for each and every guest.

We are currently looking for a young, dynamic and self-motivated Senior Majordome (Senior Butler) to join the Front Office Department.
- Provide a courteous, professional, efficient, and flexible service at all times, the Majordome must adhere to the Cheval Blanc standards.
- Maintain a well-groomed, clean, and pleasant appearance while on duty at the Maison.
- Report for duty promptly and participate in daily departmental briefings.
- Possess a comprehensive understanding of the company philosophy, core values, responsibilities, daily events, and Maison facilities such as the Spa, restaurant, Kids Club, etc.
- Have a thorough knowledge of the local area and attractions to provide guests with requested information.
- Ensure daily support to Front Office Management on daily briefings, monthly meetings with other departments, Guest arrival transfers, arrival/ departure villa checks, monthly inventory check, yearly villa inventory order, in villa check outs etc.
- Attend to guest needs until they are fully satisfied, exceeding their expectations.
- Complete daily reports and logbooks for the assigned section, submitting them to the Guest Services Manager at the end of the shift.
- Maintain and update the guest agenda daily, keeping track of their location.
- Display villa assignments on the Majordome Briefing Room whiteboard, noting arrivals and departures with respective times.
- Welcome guests at their villa and provide villa orientation according to Cheval Blanc standards.
- Welcoming the guests on minimum 10 minutes prior their arrival in the Maison.
- Pay special attention to villas occupied by families, respecting their cultural preferences.
- Offer services such as unpacking and packing luggage.
- Glitches must be reported 24/7 to the Front Office Management along service recovery for the affected guests.
- Assist with guest laundry in coordination with the housekeeping department.
- Arrange amenities for guest arrivals and during their stay in line with Cheval Blanc standards.
- Coordinate guest check-out with the Alchemist in their villa.
- Provide the final invoice to guests one day before departure at 6pm along departure gift, General Manager card.
- Ensure birthday/ anniversary gift will be presented along with General Manager card for all guests celebrations.
- Perform villa check-in and check-out procedures.
- Handle late charges following established procedures.
- To complete the internal communication forms (guest profile registration cards, pre-authorizations etc.) within 24 hours from the guest arrival in the Maison.
- Stay informed about promotions, menu changes, in-house guest activities, daily house counts, expected arrivals, departures, and daily operations.
- Be knowledgeable about accommodation features, including layout, room type, décor, facilities, and equipment.
- Greet and welcome guests graciously and politely, engaging in natural and spontaneous conversations in line with Cheval Blanc standards.
- Anticipate and promptly respond to guest expectations and acknowledge all guests.
- Assist with updating the guest history in the system and monitor stock inventory.
- Be well-versed in Maison safety, emergency, and security procedures.
- Strive to exceed guest satisfaction and LQA (Leading Quality Assurance) results.
- Maintain strict confidentiality regarding the Maison's past, current, and future guests.
Profil
We invite knowledgeable, charming, passionate and committed candidates who possess excellent communication skills and fulfill below requirements to join our growing team of Ambassadeurs: Certificate in Hospitality/Tourism Management or hotel school graduate Must be fluent in English, French and Russian. Minimum 3 years work experience in a luxury resort/hotel setting in a similar role Food & Beverage service background will be an advantage Ability to present yourself with confidence, displaying strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills Excellent organizational skills and ability to respond to different situations with flexibility in a fast-paced environment Able to work alone and in a team Proactive, reliable and flexible Friendly, polite and open-minded Keen eye for detail and highly service orientedInformations complémentaires
