About the role
Description
Infrastructure&Project; Manager is responsible for overseeing technical area within Fashion Group Japan.
Drive the implementation of local Infrastructure/Technical projects as Project Manager, coordinating Corporate rollouts. Infrastructure&Project; Manager will also collaborate with the Asia infrastructure support team to maintain the network infrastructure across multiple Maisons.
Report to IT&Security; Lead who reports to IS&T; Director in Japan.
Les missions
Support IT Infrastructure:
- Manage maintenance of local infrastructure in offices and stores, including WAN connectivity, LAN, and Wi-Fi
- Support global and regional infrastructure projects such as line/equipment upgrade or migrations for Japan
- Manage local vendors related to IT infrastructure and monitor their deliverables
- Act as local IT infrastructure expert, provide level-2 support and consultation to answer business needs
- Coordinate actions between central teams, external vendors, and business stakeholders
- Collaborate with local, regional, and central teams to improve IT operations
- Assist the “IT&Security; Lead” in the implementation of Group and Division security strategy
- Responsible for Cybersecurity remediation related to infrastructure
Project Management:
- Accountable for planning, executing, and overseeing IT projects, guaranteeing their punctual delivery, adherence to budget constraints, and alignment with stakeholder requirements and expectations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project requirements are met and deliverables are of high
- Identify and manage project risks and issues, implementing mitigation strategies to minimize potential impacts.
Profil
5+ years’ experience in T infrastructure, including supporting and maintaining networks Proven experience in network/infrastructure management, preferably in the Retail Fashion industry. Interest in cybersecurity concepts and their implementation Good understanding of infrastructure architecture, network equipment and monitoring processes Project management experience Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to be both diplomatic and firm when necessary English (Business, email communication a must) and Japanese (Native) business abilityInformations complémentaires

Also provides partial support for Rimowa for infrastructure and IT helpdesk. As LVMH Fashion Group Japan IS&T; department, we position ourselves as a business partner entity, providing IS&T; support, guidance, training, services and delivery to our Maisons.
