Description
This role is responsible for defining and implementing the global marketing and communication strategy for the Accessories division, ensuring a strong positioning and market resonance aligned with Bvlgari's brand values. This role actively collaborates with internal teams and external functions to optimize the visibility of Accessories creations and collections, consolidating the brand's reputation and engagement globally.
Main Accountabilities:
- Strategic Planning & Execution:
- Develop and implement the annual marketing and communication strategy for the Accessories category
- Identify and integrate Accessories into the broader Bvlgari calendar, proposing opportunities for one-brand synergies
- Cross-Functional Coordination:
- Drive integrated communication efforts by coordinating with internal Brand and Communication teams (e.g., Celebrity, Events, Social Media, Media, Product Marketing, Trade Marketing, Image) to ensure message alignment
- PR & Editorial:
- Execute a strong global editorial placement strategy for key launches, aligning with markets to amplify messages
- Manage external consultants for consistent activation of PR activities.
- Organize and manage interviews for the Accessories Managing Director and the Creative Director
- Global Event & Fashion Week Presence:
- Provide strategic support for the annual global LG&A; event (briefing, planning, and post-event amplification)
- Coordinate Paris Couture and Milan Fashion Week presentations for targeted press
- Organize strategic meetings for the Creative Director during these events
- Contribute strategic insight to identify key trend moments (e.g. Fashion Weeks, Design Weeks, etc.) and coordinates with Celebs team to recommend relevant Key opinion leaders and trendsetters.
- Market Visits & Local Engagement:
- Ensure a unified approach during market visits through clienteling events, editor meetings, and cultural activations
- Create meaningful local moments to enhance brand relationships and visibility
Les missions
Technical Skills:
- Proven experience in defining and implementing global marketing and communication strategies, preferably in the luxury sector (Accessories as a plus)
- Solid knowledge of PR dynamics and media relations (print, influencers, digital)
- Competence in managing high-profile events and fashion shows
- Ability to analyze market data and campaign performance
- Excellent knowledge of digital communication and social media platforms and tools
- Fluency in written and spoken English; knowledge of other languages is a plus
