Description

Bulgari Italia is searching for a new Client Advisor for its Store in Venice.

Through creativity, entrepreneurship and passion our sales staff enhances the uniqueness of the Brand and is able to create a luxurious and visually pleasing environment for our customers in line with the Bulgari spirit.

 

 

Les missions

Sales and Services

  • Maximize sales opportunity arising from every store entrance
  • Act as a Brand Ambassador by representing and promoting the brand both inside and outside the Store, engaging and acquiring potential customers. This includes, for instance, participating in networking events.
  • Contribute to the achievement of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Manage all clients/prospects entering the store for any reason (browsing, purchase, after-sales, complaints).
  • Handle all clients/prospects entering the store for whatever reason (browsing, purchase, after-sales, complaints)
  • Handle the sales process according to established service standards (from initial Welcome to final Packaging).

CRM (Customer Relations Management)

  • Enrich the CRM database with client information, ensuring data collection quality aligns with defined KPIs.
  • Proactively develop prospects within the CRM database, leveraging social aptitude and networking activities.
  • Execute all one-to-one CRM activities as per Store Director's instructions, including CRM After Sales Service (e.g., follow-up on watch maintenance).

Other Activities

  • Apply all sales-related procedures and guidelines (security, fiscal, legal, etc.).
  • Ensure that all front-of-shop areas are tidy, clean, and products are displayed in adherence to Visual Merchandising guidelines.
  • Perform all After Sales Service front office activities directly related to final customers, acting as a proactive point of contact and consistently ensuring that customer satisfaction is pursued and restored.

 

 

Profil

Desired Skills and Experience Exceptional selling skills. Proven experience luxury retail sales. Genuine passion for the Brand Proficiency in computer skills (MS Office Suite). Fluent in English and Italian. Personal Competencies Ownership Impact Driven  Priority Management Strong Interpersonal skills and outstanding customer orientation Strong teamworking and networking attitude
