BVLGARI is looking for an energetic and highly driven Client Advisor to join our Sydney Flagship Boutique.

Act as a Brand Ambassador, delivering an exciting and memorable experience to customers, creating, stimulating and maximizing sales opportunities in order to achieve store sales and profit targets as well as provide excellent service to customers.

Les missions

Client Experience & Service Excellence

  • Accountable for High Jewellery (HJ), High Watches (HEW) & High End (HE) sales overall
  • Welcome all clients/prospects entering the store for whatever reason (browsing, purchase, after sale, complaint) grating an extraordinary service and never let the customer leave with bad impression.
  • Understanding client’s needs and provide customized advice, guiding them through product discovery and the full sales process from welcome to packaging using appropriate selling techniques
  • Contribute to the achievement of store sales targets and service KPIs by maximizing sales opportunities
  • Collaborate with your colleagues as part of a dedicated and dynamic team, united in delivering excellence at every touchpoint
  • Comply with WHS policies, procedures and programs implemented by Bulgari.

Client Relationship Management (CRM)

  • Build and maintain strong, personalized relationships with clients to foster loyalty and repeat business.
  • Capture, update and use client data in CRM systems to support client development, follow-ups and personalized communication across different channels

Product Knowledge

  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of the products or services offered to provide accurate and helpful information to clients

After-sales & Client Satisfaction

  • Ensure after-sales services are properly handled, including follow-ups and issue resolution, delivering a high level of client satisfaction
  • Demonstrate passion and empathy for all our clients, continuously anticipate and exceed future desires

Operations, Compliance & Store Standards

  • Apply all sales related procedures and guidelines (discounts, security, fiscal, legal, etc.)
  • Apply all compliance regulations and guidelines concerning client data and store operations
  • Ensure that all front area of the shop is clean and products are displayed as per VM guidelines

Team Collaboration

  • Collaborate with fellow Client Advisors and store management to share client insights, product feedback and best practices

Profil

You are a clienteling and sales expert You have min. 2 years experience in luxury jewellery You are passionate about delivering an exceptional journey You have experience within high end retail or luxury hospitality You deliver a warm, empathetic, exceptional client experience with an entrepreneurial approach You are excited about working as part of a team and the ability to nurture your own client relationships
