Description
We are looking for a motivated and tech-savvy intern to join our Digital Training team, based in Rome.
The intern will support the team in the management, monitoring and continuous improvement of digital training initiatives at worldwide level. This role will contribute in monitoring training performance, assisting markets in platform adoption, and ensuring the successful organization of training initiatives and events.
Les missions
- Support the monitoring and analysis of digital training activities, including e-learning completion rates, participation, engagement and performance reports at worldwide level.
- Contribute to the creation of periodical and ad hoc reports on learning platform data, helping the team identify trends, gaps and opportunities to boost markets’ performance.
- Support the management and maintenance of learning platform users’ databases, ensuring data accuracy and collaborating with Local Trainers, HR and IT teams when needed.
- Assist in the organization of online and in-presence training sessions, including managing invitations and organizational aspects, coordinating training materials, exchange and being exposed to different stakeholders to ensure excellence standards for the roll out of the initiatives.
- Support the upload, update and testing of digital learning contents on learning platforms or shared digital environments, ensuring usability, consistency and accuracy.
- Contribute to the creation and adaptation of digital training materials, presentations, guidelines, feedback questionnaires and surveys for the worldwide training community.
- Support the team in developing simple digital learning formats and visual contents using tools such as Canva and Articulate Rise, in line with brand guidelines and training objectives.
- Help keep the team training calendar updated, ensuring visibility on digital sessions, e-academy activities, Train the Trainers initiatives and other relevant training events, while avoiding overlaps and supporting market-specific needs where possible.
