Lead Sales team
Drive store sales by setting an example in personal client engagement, selling techniques, and closing sales.
Model high-performance behaviors to inspire and guide junior Client Advisors.
Maintain Product Expertise
Maintain expert-level knowledge of product lines including features, benefits, pricing, availability, care services, etc.
Mentor Client Advisors
Mentor junior Client Advisors, sharing expertise on products, client service skills, and company protocols.
Contribute to training initiatives aimed at enhancing team performance.
Support Operations
Assist Deputy and Store Manager with operational duties as needed such as stock management or organizing staff schedules.Profil
