Les missions
• To maintain revenues and profitability in all areas: sales, operations, after sales services
• To actively participate in commercial events and maintain a visible presence in the community to develop existing and new client base and to project a positive and appealing brand image. Special focus on personal knowledge and relation building and maintaining with top customers.
• To assess the store’s needs and communicate such needs to the appropriate corporate and local departments (including store premises and relevant maintenance)
• To monitor and guarantee best product display in the store (windows, countries…) following guidelines and standards.
• To ensure the training of sales people and back office staff to increase technical and product knowledge and developing sales techniques and stock management
• To efficiently and effectively manage store stock
• To actively ensure the application of security, sales and stock processes and procedures
• To resolve client concerns/disputes
• To verify alignment to standards of discounts and ways of payment applied by sales force and drive their action accordingly(authorizing in advance any possible exception)
• To monitor and provide tolls for the sales people to help understand and increase sales performance
• To act as an organizational interface towards the local Marketing assuring the implementation of CRM strategies and procedures to enhance the customer base in quality and quantity.Profil
-Bachelor
-Fluent written and spoken English with excellent communication skill
-At least 5 years of relevant experience in retail operation and Boutique Management
-Extensive product knowledge of Bulgari or other luxury brands, and specific knowledge in Jewelry and watch a plus
-Team Management and Coaching Skill
-Presentable outlook, tolerance of working pressure and the capability in handling unpredictable tasks
-Knowledge of marketing, media and merchandising techniques
-IT Literacy
-Selling Skill and Customer Relationship Management Skill
