Culinary art is celebrated through five creative scenes: Mizumi, the Asian restaurant by the lake, Vivamento, the vibrant Italian pool-side bar, Sula, the feet-in-the-sand beach club, and Cheval Blanc’s signature concepts, Le 1947 French gastronomic restaurant and Le White cosmopolitan restaurant.
This peaceful retreat also boasts a collection of wellness rituals by Guerlain at the Cheval Blanc Spa, a swimming pool, a fitness centre, a surf simulator and two tennis and padel courts. Little ones are invited to enter a world of amazement at Le Carrousel kids’ club while our Ambassadeurs craft memorable bespoke experiences for each and every guest.
Les missions
- Monitoring weekly supply unloading, receiving, and storing.
- Monitoring daily issues in stores.
- Checking receiving, spoilage, discrepancies reports.
- Checking all the store issues and GRN’s booked in MC.
- Completing all the inter department transfers in MC on a daily basis.
- Creating new article in MC system whenever there is a request from department.
- Perform any other outlet spot checks and any discrepancy reported to cost controller.
- Maintain a close working relationship with the Food and Beverage Manager, Executive Chef and Purchasing Manager and make them aware of any potential problems or opportunities to improve the controls in their areas as they relate to food and beverage.
- To perform any other duties given by Cost Controller/FC & DF.
- To provide leave cover for Cost Controller in his/her absence.
- Supervising monthly stock taken and investigate any variance.
- Performing related duties and special projects as assigned.

Profil
High School Diploma or a Diploma in relevant field. Proven track record of Cost Controlling in a resort/hotel environment Computer literate and excellent command in Microsoft Office. Excellent knowledge of Opera Cloud, Material Control and Micros 9700 HMS-POS. Flexibility to respond to a range of different work situations. Thoroughness, good organization, attention to detail and an excellent ability to manage priorities independently. Ability to work under pressure. Excellent command of English, written and spoken, are essential.Informations complémentaires
